-
- Thank you for taking a look at THE INTERSTATE TRAVELER. I hope you
- will find it useful and want to add it to your software library.
-
- The program requires an IBM or IBM compatible PC, 640K of RAM, 16
- color VGA color graphics display, DOS 3.3+, a hard drive, and a Micro-
- soft compatible mouse. An Epson/IBM compatible dot matrix printer is
- required for printing the maps displayed on the screen.
-
- If installing from a CD-ROM, copy the un-archived files to a direc-
- tory (IST30, for example) on your hard disk. The program will not run
- directly from the CD-ROM.
-
- To run the program after installation, make the directory containing
- the program files the default directory (CD\IST30, for example),
- key-in IST, and press ENTER.
-
- To get into the program quickly and see what it can do, print the
- SAMPLE.RUN file. Use the printout as a script for running the
- program. It will guide you, step by step, through the trip planning
- process.
-
- Please remember that this is a user-supported product and requires
- the payment of a registration fee should you wish to continue using
- it after a reasonable trial period.
